Meet the Perth Chiropractors at Riverton Chiropractic Health Centre
Introducing Dr. Adam Tassell (Chiropractor)
Having grown up with a father and three older brothers and sisters as chiropractors, I was often astounded to hear how chiropractic can help people with all types of health complaints.
Dr Adam Tassell, Perth Chiropractor
In 2002, I completed a 6 year chiropractic masters degree at Sydney’s Macquarie University and and returned to Perth to practice with my father, Dr Laurence Tassell.
My particular interest lies in structural correction of the spine. Structure dictates function- when structure is improved function almost invariably improves also. When spinal function improves not only does pain decrease but other areas of health are often impacted.
Outside of work, my hobbies include windsurfing, basketball, the gym, vespas and cars. I’m married to Nina and we have 7 nephews and nieces and a handsome one year old son- Jackson.
I look forward to being of service to you and your family. To helping you find and maintain optimal health through today’s safe and natural chiropractic care.
Introducing Dr. Laurence Tassell (Chiropractor)
I graduated from the home of Chiropractic, Palmer College in Davenport Iowa (USA), in 1985.
Dr Laurence Tassell, Perth Chiropractor
Since that time I have practiced in Perth helping 1000′s of people find better health. There is few greater feelings than being in partnership with patients as they search for better health for them and their families. Helping people alleviate their health problems whether it is back pain, headaches, migraines, sciatica, etc is always very satisfying. Seeing the great relief a parent experiences when a babys’ colic symptoms are relieved and the child becomes relaxed and happy is a great feeling. I am passionate about my role as a health professional.
During the last 25 years I have also been active politically at the state, national and international level having been President of both the state and national branches of the Chiropractors Association of Australia. I am currently the President of CAA national.
I have also had the satisfaction of having my four children graduate as chiropractors and observing them become experts in their chosen profession. The Tassell name is synonymous with Chiropractic in Western Australia.
Outside the clinic I have also pursued the opportunity to work with some of the poorest of the poor. I have worked in slums in Bangkok, refugee camps on the Thai Burma border, among the Hill Tribes of Northern Thailand and among very poor villagers in Western Cambodia.
I look forward to helping you not only be pain or symptom free, but to live a healthier lifestyle. The greatest asset we have is our health and unfortunately we so often don’t appreciate it until we lose it.
